The Dance Center’s state-of-the-art 3,800 sq. ft. facility is designed by Adam Jeselnick Architect and constructed by McNamee Construction. Local building experts and LEED-accredited professionals Adam Jeselnick and Noel McNamee incorporated sustainable building features including a brand-new zoned heating and air conditioning system controlled by wifi thermostats, recycled materials from local vendors including IceStone countertops and plank tile floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and natural ventilation in all studios, and dimmable LED lighting throughout.
The 4 dance studios feature professionally sprung floors using a custom basket weave system. New, ADA accessible restrooms within the facility are constructed featuring recycled content tile and stone and are complemented by 8 additional common area restrooms/changing areas maintained by the shopping center. The welcome area and custom built bag drop area includes a flat screen TV, custom decorative lighting, and free WIFI wireless internet access for students’ schoolwork between classes. Ample on-site parking is available including convenient drop-off and pick-up spaces.
