An annual registration fee will be due at the time of registration. This fee covers liability insurance premiums, registration and billing software, and payment processing fees.

You will add the ascending per hour numbers to calculate your monthly tuition. Please note, the 15, 30, and 45 minute increments will be charged at 25, 50 or 75% of the proceeding hour per week rate.

Family Discount: 10% off total monthly tuition for each additional child. Private lesson fees are not included in the Family Discount Package.
Drop In / Single Class Fee Schedule
TDC offers a complimentary first “placement” class for each incoming student. If you would like to register on a “drop in only basis” please see the fee schedule below.

June Tuition (End of Calendar Year)
Partial payment of 25% of one month’s tuition will be due the 1st of June for the last week of the school year. Recital weekend will be the first weekend of June (link to TDC schedule page) therefore classes will be held through the day prior to recital.
TDC will process all tuition payments through Studio Director by means of electronic payment (credit or debit card) on the 1st of each month. If you choose an alternate form of payment, payment will be due on the 1st of the month and considered late as of the 5th.
It is the policy of TDC to accept the following forms of payment: electronic payment through Studio Director, credit card or debit card through TDC, check, cashier’s check or money order. TDC will only accept cash for private lesson fees paid directly to the instructor at the time the service is rendered.
Insufficient Check or Transaction Fee
Late Payment (if not received before the 5th of each month) $25.00
If more than one insufficient check is processed, TDC will request payment by cashier’s check, money order or electronic processing through Studio Director.
If more than one insufficient electronic transaction is processed, TDC will request and accept payment by money order or cashier’s check.
Tuition/ class cancellation must be processed by the 15th day of the month prior to requested cancellation. If cancellation is received after the 15th of the month cancellation will be processed the following month.
